Start the new year off with the resolution to eat homemade and healthy food. Meal prep makes it easy, when you have ready made delicious and healthy components at the ready to create healthy, easy-to-prepare weeknight meals. We’ll prepare the basic building block base recipes in this fun and lively hands-on class. You’ll leave with your containers full of lean and healthy proteins, vegetables and side dishes, plus recipes for the week. Take home roasted organic chicken, tasty French green lentils, sautéed ground turkey, roasted winter vegetables , blanched greens and green vegetables ready to sauté, wholesome cooked grains for salads and side dishes, washed and crisped salad greens with homemade vinaigrette and tzatziki sauce, which is protein packed and good on everything we make.
