The City of Rancho Cordova Community Enhancement & Investment Fund grant application period opens annually during the first week of February and closes in the middle of March. The city will provide grants to individuals, organizations, businesses, and community partners who are interested in enhancing the Rancho Cordova community through arts, culture, history, entertainment, and sports; education; and other projects.

Applications were available to submit electronically from Monday, February 5, 2024 at 12 PM through Friday, March 15, 2024 at NOON/12:00 PM PST.

Submittal Information

Following are helpful documents to guide you through the application process, as well as required documents you might be required to submit.

  • Grant Overview: Read an overview of the Community Enhancement & Investment Fund grants, process, and what type of documents are required.

  • Standard Insurance Requirements: Learn about insurance requirements to expect if your project is selected for funding.

  • Information on Prevailing Wages: If your project involves pre-construction design or land surveying, construction, alteration, repair work, or post-construction cleanup work, read this information on what to expect.

  • Office Hours: The city offers virtual office hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to discuss the Community Enhancement & Investment Fund process and your application. If you need to discuss your project outside of the office hours provided, send a schedule request to CEIFGrants@cityofranchocordova.org

Available Funding

Of the estimated $11.7 million projected in annual revenue from Measure H, the city anticipates awarding approximately 25% in community grants in Fiscal Year 2024/2025. The actual budget may vary based on final approved funding allocations.
