Rancho Cordova CalHome Loan Program
The city is now accepting applications for the Rancho Cordova CalHome Loan Program. The program can assist residents with home rehabilitation, such as health and safety repairs, through a zero-interest deferred-payment loan. Residents must be low income and meet eligibility requirements.

Program Eligibility
Income Eligibility
- Applicant’s total household income shall be at or below 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), adjusted for household size, as shown below.
- Income documentation will be required for all household members over the age of eighteen living in the unit.
Property Eligibility
- The home must be an owner-occupied single-family residential dwelling unit.
- Must be located within the incorporated limits of the City of Rancho Cordova.
- Property must need rehabilitation to remedy health and safety hazards to bring the dwelling unit into compliance with federal state and local code regulations.
