Brenda Roach is the Human Resources Manager for the City of Rancho Cordova. In this role, Brenda is the strategic leader for all HR functions: strategic planning, talent management, benefits and compensation, change management, employee relations, group development and team building, HR process, HR program development, leadership development, and performance management.
Career
Bringing over 16 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Brenda gained her experience working in the private sector for firms in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry.
Education
Brenda earned a M.A. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. She also holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR professional designations for Human Resources.
