Welcome to the City of Rancho Cordova’s Public Records Portal
The City Clerk’s Office oversees access to public records. Many city records are available online including ordinances, resolutions, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and Certificates of Occupancy.
If the record you are requesting is not available through the City’s online public portal, please submit a public records request.
Note: In order to view City records using the online search feature below, download a PDF document viewer to your computer.
Instructions to Use the Online Records Portal
- To begin a search, use the Search Type drop-down box to select record(s).
- If applicable, provide additional information below as requested to narrow the search.
- Once the information is entered, click Search.
- For a more detailed search option, click the Click Here for Full-Text Search. This feature will search specified terms within each record available in the online public portal.

- To begin a search, use the Document Type drop-down box to select the record you are searching for.
- If applicable, provide additional information below as requested to narrow the search.
- Once the information is entered, click Search.
