Stacy Leitner is the City Clerk and Executive Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Rancho Cordova and joined the city in 2004. In this role, Stacy provides high-level administrative support to the City Council and City Manager while supervising the city’s administrative support staff and interns.

Career

Stacy has a passion for education and professional development, which drives her motivation that everyone can have a satisfying career. Stacy has dedicated over 20 years to teaching college business, computer application and career development courses at four different colleges. She currently teaches online for Brigham Young University-Idaho and has worked with thousands of students to prepare them with the skills needed to be successful in today’s workplace.

Awards

Stacy has been recognized by the Cordova Community Council, California Business Education Association and Heald College for her contributions to education. In 2012, Stacy was selected as the Office Team Administrative Professional of the Year.

Education

Stacy earned a M.S. in Education with an Emphasis in Educational Technology from Boise State University, B.S. in Business Information Systems from Utah State University, and two A.A. degrees from Butte College.
