According to researchers, everyone can increase their overall happiness simply by becoming an adept savorer. In this class, learn the essential elements of savoring. Additionally, you’ll have an opportunity to put your newfound skills into practice. You’ll go for a savoring walk on the farm, practice mindful eating, and learn how to incorporate a “gratitude practice” into your everyday life. Please bring a journal to class.
