Myco Restoration
Wild Foraging
Mushrooms as Medicine
Cultivation (inoculation of varied media from oyster mushrooms in coco coir, grain, coffee grounds, and woodchips, to shiitake in logs).

Price: $30 (plus $10 materials fee, payable to the instructor in class for those who want to take home their own mushroom growing kit)
