New flavored beverages are the perfect way to quench an end-of-summer thirst. In this class, we’ll explore the ease of creating your own bubbly beverages and the diversity of flavors you can come up with from seasonal fruit and herbs. We’ll look at lacto-fermented carbonated sodas, as well as sodas made with champagne yeast, and how to bottle and store them. There is no limit when it comes to the beverages you can dream up in the kitchen, so bring your favorite flavor combinations and we’ll have a great time.
