Join a drop-in 60-minute yoga class held every Wednesday through September 18 at Soil Born Farms in Rancho Cordova. Meet in the Outdoor Theatre located across from the Schoolhouse. This class is open to all levels. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Summer Ward has been a long-time supporter and teacher at Soil Born Farms, and her teaching is grounded in nature.
