Homemade pickles are fun, colorful and easy. In this hands-on class, we’ll use seasonal produce to make pickles. We’ll cover the basics of home canning and pickling, including selecting and preparing the vegetables, preparing and filling the jars, and processing the pickles in a boiling water bath. Each participant will leave with a jar of pickles and the confidence to make more at home. Learn more
