This exhibit will feature the work of Celeste Budd, a glass bead and stain glass mosaic artist. Celeste was born and raised in New York. She has a BA from Sierra College and a MS in Public Administration from SUNY at Albany and an MS in physical education from Indiana University.  After several years as a fitness/recreation professional she turned her other passion for mosaics into a full-time profession.  She is constantly reinventing her techniques and remains a student as well as a teacher.
