About the project: The Mills Crossing Civic Center is moving forward into the detailed design phase. Located on Folsom Boulevard adjacent to the Folsom Lake College/Rancho Cordova Center and across the street from the MACC, this urban community hub will focus on the arts, health and wellness, cultural and community space, creative maker spaces, multi-family and for-sale housing, and retail.
