In honor of Earth Day (April 22) and what is traditionally held as Creek Week in the Sacramento Region, the APWA Sacramento Chapter is partnering with the City of Rancho Cordova Public Works to help give back to the community!  We will be gathering at Recycle Road off Sunrise Boulevard in an organized effort to help clean up Recycle Road Basin, which is located between Sunrise Boulevard and the Folsom South Canal.  Bags (and limited quantity of grabbers) will be provided.  Show up in your garb, with gloves and sunscreen, and be ready to help!   General community members are welcome - and encouraged - to join in.  Minors need to be accompanied by an adult.   Map of location attached below.  We look forward to seeing you on the 23rd!
