The Autumn Herbal
Autumn is a wonderful time to focus on boosting overall health and addressing challenges such as exhaustion and low immunity during the cold/flu season, and opportunities such as the prevention of springtime allergies. This class will introduce the plant remedies growing around us this time of year, and how to support the body and mind with herbs, diet, and habits as we transition into the cooler, darker months. The format will include lecture and hands-on activities.
