Our 60-minute outdoor yoga classes are open to all levels. The sessions will be a blend of breath work and intentional movement taught in a style that is intuitive and accommodating to all who attend. Please preregister and bring your own mat and water bottle. Any-last minute changes due to weather or cancellation will be posted on our homepage.
