Stop the Bleed is a grassroots national awareness campaign and call-to-action to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped and empowered to help in an emergency before professional help arrives. Rancho Cordova Rotary in collaboration with Dr. David Shatz from UC Davis Medical Center, American College of Surgeons, Rancho Cordova Police Department, and the Department of Homeland Security are hosting a FREE training course on Saturday, August 20 from 10 AM to 1 PM at St. John Vianney Parish Hall, 10497 Coloma Road.
