Dermody Properties has listened to community input about two proposed projects in the Villages of Zinfandel Special Planning Area. Dermody Properties added traffic safety measures, incorporated different tree species and plants in the landscape, and revised architectural schematics. Please join the project team to see the changes, provide input and identify your preferences.
