The Rancho Cordova Food Locker is accepting grocery donations to support its annual Christmas Grocery Giveaway. Stop by the Food Locker, 10497 Coloma Road, on Friday, December 9 or Saturday, December 10 from 10 AM to 2 PM to make a donation. Priority items include one-pound bags of rice and beans, canned meat (tuna and chicken), canned fruit, canned soup, flour, sugar, baby formula, baby food, and small/medium bottles of vegetable oil. If you’d like to host a holiday food drive between Monday, November 28 and Friday, December 16, the Food Locker will provide boxes and schedule a pickup.
