Explore the rich history of using mushrooms for health and wellness, from traditional medicine to modern scientific research. Discover powerful medicinal mushrooms such as Reishi, Shitake, and Cordyceps, and learn about their potential benefits for the immune system, stress reduction, and overall vitality. Previous herbal medicine making knowledge is useful, but not required.
Students will go home with 2 hand-made medicines, a tincture and a tonic for an additional fee.
