Spring brings a multitude of edible and medicinal plants to gardens and the wild spaces around us. Many spring plants are natural allies that provide much of what we need during this season of renewal. We will discuss ways to use herbs to address seasonal allergies and their underlying causes, healthy ways to refresh the body, and herbs for collecting, eating, and using to support overall health and vitality. We will collect plants, sample herbal offerings of the season, and make medicinal tincture or vinegar for you to take home.
