Subject: Public Art Ordinance Discussion.

Recommendation: Consider background information, key considerations and preliminary recommendations for the Public Art Ordinance and provide direction regarding the preparation of Draft Public Art Ordinance for public review, notice and hearing by City Council.

Result of Recommended Action: Council provides input and direction on key components of a public art program so Cordova Community Council and consultant can prepare Draft Public Art Ordinance for the City’s consideration and determination.
