Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones, also a candidate for the U.S. Congress, will be the speaker at the June Rancho Cordova Luncheon. Jones was elected to Sacramento County Sheriff in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. Come prepared with questions on law enforcement as well as national politics. Tickets are $12 for members of the Cordova Community Council or Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce, and $20 for non-members. Doors and buffet opens at 11:30 a.m., and you will be out the door by 1 p.m.
