The Rancho Cordova Civic Light Orchestra gets into the Christmas spirit on Friday, December 16th at River City Christian Church, 10933 Progress Court.  "Expressions of Joy" starts at 7:30 p.m. and will feature solo vocalists, the River City Christian Choir, and even a harmonica virtuoso.
