Homeowners: Items for sale can be displayed on front yards and front porches, but not on sidewalks. No items are to be placed in the alleyways.

Townhomes: Items for sale can be displayed in garages only.

All items must be removed and stored out of sight by 6:00 p.m. on April 29th. The association will not be liable in any way for occurrences arising out of the yard sale. The Board of Directors will monitor the event to determine if future yard sales will be allowed.
