Soil Born Farms - Farm Camps
Youth will spend the week learning about the American River Ranch and connecting to their food, their health and the environment. Through hands-on experiences in the garden, around the farm at the American River, youth will learn how to grow food and prepare healthy meals, gain a respect and appreciation for the land, learn how to be stewards of the natural world and build community.
Junior Farmers (grades 7-12) June 19-23, 8 am to noon
Gardeners (grades 4-6) June 26-30, 8 am to noon
Sprouts (grades 1-3) July 17-21, 8 am to noon
