City Beautification Programs
One of the city’s goals is to "ensure a safe, inviting and livable community." By assisting homeowners with free home repairs and improvements, the city’s Beautification Program improves the quality of life in Rancho Cordova, increases property values, and transforms neighborhoods into safer and healthier environments. There are three main programs: Good Neighbor Assistance, Cash for Clunkers, and Residential Chain Link Fence Buy Back. In addition, the city partners with Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity to repair and revitalize homes.
