After Hours Emergencies

For after hours emergencies, call 916.851.8700, press 9, and then use one of the following options:

• Press 1 for Public Works (water main break, traffic signals, road hazards, etc.)
• Press 2 for Code Enforcement (issues regarding rental properties i.e. lack of heat, sewage leaks, roof links, etc.)
• Press 3 for urgent Building Code issues (including non-life-threatening structure issues or non-emergency fire damage)

Animal Services

For the Animal Services 24-hour line (complaints or injured animals), call 916.851.8852.

Life-Threatening Emergencies

In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

City Hall

Rancho Cordova City Hall is located at 2729 Prospect Park Drive and is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, except on federal holidays.

City Hall is home to most city departments, in addition to the partnering agencies of the following.

• Cordova Community Council
• Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce

Neighborhood Services Center

The Neighborhood Services Center is located 2880 Gold Tailings Court and is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to noon and 1 PM to 5 PM, except on federal holidays.

The Neighborhood Services Center is home to Code Enforcement, Parking Enforcement and Animal Services.

RCPD is located at 2897 Kilgore Road and the Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, except on federal holidays.
